How do we quote and work?
You call or send the short form and tell us what needs cleaning. Photos help. We confirm the surface, because concrete, stucco, limestone, shingles and wood each need a different pressure and cleaner. Then we give you a written quote that states the scope.
The price depends on size, access, how heavy the buildup is and what extras you want. We explain what drives it, in plain words, so there are no surprises.
On the day, we protect plants, keep water away from doors and outlets, and rinse as we go. Afterward, we look the result over with you and note anything that should be revisited. If a surface looks too fragile for cleaning, we tell you instead of pushing ahead.
